We are one! Happy Birthday Baked By Me.

For he’s a jolly good fellow, for he’s a jolly good fellow! 🙂 We are one today and would love to celebrate with all of you. There is an ongoing sale with great discounts on nearly all of our goodies. Valid only on our birthday, ends midnight.

Personally, I am thrilled to bits and am so thankful that we have the loveliest customers who share their makes and bakes with us. Not only do you share pictures with us, you also tell your friends about our products. We don’t spend any money on advertising although we do spend lots and lots of time interacting and getting to know you through our blog, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. My, quite a bit of social media.

We have also grown quite a bit as a business. Initially, we were all about our cookie mix jars. Mix, Bake and Eat! Convenient, delicious and beautiful 😉

… and then came along some baking bags as lots of you wanted them for yourself to store in your cupboard. If you have yet to try our mixes, you definitely need to especially with flavours that include Toblerone and Maltesers in them.

Baking bags. Cookie mix!

Our first festive season was very exciting as we delivered lots and lots of personalised jars and baking bags all over the country.

Not very sure how this came about, we introduced bakeware! One of the best decisions made especially when pictures of your makes and bakes started trickling in. It is really that simple to use our bakeware. We are huge fans of gorgeous and convenient bakes. I was also pleasantly surprised when I started receiving pictures of candles, crayons, wax melts, dog biscuits. AMAZING. Such talented people 🙂

Going to share a few!

Lemon sponge butterfly cake made with our mould by the talented Pantry Door for her little girls first birthday!

Coraline inspired cupcakes with proper chocolate buttons made with our mould! Thank you Kerri 🙂

One of our favourite moulds, chocolate spoons made by Gill Graham.

Sales for our half sphere moulds went through the roof when they made chocolate teacakes on the Great British Bake Off as their technical challenge. Lots of teacakes were made after that episode aired and thank you for sharing your pictures with me.

This was just send to me yesterday evening by the talented Kristy from Simply Bows NE NW. Her homemade Easter Egg is just too lovely!

I might have gotten slightly carried away. Too many pictures to choose from, shared quite a few on this post. We also introduced little bits and bobs of homeware. Gorgeous pieces that would make perfect gifts (that you won’t want to give away!)

Anyways, we could never have done it without you. Yes, you! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I do hope that you will keep sharing with us your thoughts and wants. We do listen pretty well 🙂 I do hope that the future will be bright for us and Baked By Me will continue to flourish.

Who knows? We might stock edible gifts in the near future too.
